Patient Satisfaction

Your Satisfaction

We consider working with senior adults a privilege. We find the wisdom and perspective of your life experiences exhilarating. Aging gracefully is not an easy task. You have chosen our facility to seek help and it is our intent to honor the trust you and your family have placed in us.

We are interested in hearing from you or your family when there are things we can do to make your stay here more comfortable. We are not too busy to hear your request, whether for an extra blanket, a late-night snack, or a listening ear. Please let us know what you need and/or want.

When you are ready for discharge, we will ask you and/or your family members to provide feedback to us regarding how satisfied you were with the treatment you received at Assurance. Please be frank and honest. Only through honest feedback can we improve our services.
